A five-month narcotics investigation ended with the arrest of five people from Ocean County, according to prosecutors.
Authorities say several local police departments worked on the case. They identified a home on Walnut Street in Toms River as a location where crack cocaine was stored and distributed.
The Ocean County prosecutor says Keith Morse, of Toms River, was using the home.
