President Donald Trump's reelection campaign is asking a federal judge to prevent New Jersey from counting mail-in ballots beginning 10 days before the election until a lawsuit is settled.
The lawsuit cites an effort to protect the Democratic process.
The campaign is also seeking to bar mail-in ballots without a postmark from being accepted up to two days before Election Day.
President Trump claims mail-in voting will lead to widespread voter fraud, despite evidence that it's not a meaningful problem.
