Former state Senate President Steve Sweeney made it official this week that he would be campaigning to be governor of New Jersey. The Democrat cites his daughter as the inspiration for his decades of public service.
Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin joins the program to discuss such topics as the push to ban smoking in Atlantic City Casinos, craft brewery licensing restrictions, and a bill to possibly expand paid family leave.
Finally, House passed a resolution to formalize an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden, Hoboken Mayor Ravi Bhalla announced he is running for Congress, former Rep. George Santos was paid to make a Cameo video criticizing Tammy Murphy, New Jersey minimum wage increased to $15.13 per hour next month and toll increases are set for all Port Authority bridges and tunnels in the new year.
