President Joe Biden took aim this week at the violent protests on college campuses across the country. At Rutgers, their encampment ended peacefully after a warning from RU's president to disperse.

Eric Landskroner spoke earlier this week to attorney and Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz about how Rutgers and any campus should be handling these encampments and what does and does not qualify as free speech.

Also on the show, NJBIA President Michele Siekerka about the corporate transit fee that has has drawn the ire of the state's largest business association.
