Gov. Phil Murphy announced this week that he will not sign a budget by the July 1 deadline if it does not include an expanded millionaire's tax, according to NJ Advance Media. The Democratic legislative leaders who would need to pass a millionaire's tax have already made it clear they are opposed to the hike. Doug Steinhardt, chairman of the Republican State Committee, joins News 12's Alex Zdan to talk about it.
