A popular hamburger restaurant has opened its first location in New Jersey.
Holy Cow is popular in New York. A new location on Market Street in Paterson held its ribbon-cutting and soft opening on Friday.
Mayor Andre Sayegh says that it is appropriate that the first Holy Cow in New Jersey came to the Silk City.
“Paterson is proud because we are a city of firsts. We were the first planned industrial city. The first submarine was invented here…we’re the first in New Jersey to have a Holy Cow. No one has to go to New York anymore…I anticipate this becoming very popular in the state,” Sayegh says.
The restaurant features all sorts of options, including beef, chicken and Impossible meat.
