A recent Monmouth University Poll has found six out of 10 New Jerseyans give a thumbs up to living in the Garden State, rebounding from the all-time low recorded earlier this year.
According to
the poll, the quality of life index is up 24 points from a record-low in February.
The index is based on five separate poll questions: opinion of the state, of one's hometown, local schools, the quality of the local environment, and feelings of safety.
