The incident happened back on April 12 when police responded to a report of shoplifting at the ShopRite.

Police say store employees followed Roman to her vehicle after she allegedly walked out of the store with multiple items without paying for them.
When one employee tried to get the items back, Roman argued with him and allegedly spit on his shirt.
Police say the woman then drove in reverse, allegedly striking another employee, and as she drove away, the second man had to jump out of the way to avoid being struck again.
