West Windsor police are investigating a crash that left one person dead.

The incident happened on Route 1 South near Market Fair.

Police say a motorcycle driver lost control and crashed on a road that was being paved. A female passenger was thrown from the motorcycle.

Both were injured, but police say the woman was later hit by a car as she stood in the road. She was taken tothe hospital, where she died.

It is unclear if anyone could be charged in the crash.
