8h agoPolice are keeping a close eye on social media for word of any pop-up parties at the Jersey Shore.
They plan to shut them down as they see them.
Police worked on Friday to prevent a party that was planned for Wildwood for May 12 and May 13. Flyers circulated on a popular Instagram account about an event called "The Wildwood Beach Linkup."
A similar event was promoted for Seaside Heights on that same Instagram account.
Police say they plan to act quickly.
