Police say a thief stole a car with a child inside of it in East Orange.

Police say a thief stole a car with a child inside of it in East Orange.
They say the suspect jumped in the car when it was left running, and that a 6-year-old was asleep inside.
The car was found minutes later in Newark, with the child still sleeping.
No arrests have been made.
