Police in Highland Park are hoping the public can identify the man seen ripping down an Israeli flag from someone’s property.

The incident happened on Nov. 13 around 7:45 p.m. at a home near North Seventh and North Eighth avenues.

Ring camera video shows the man driving up to the home in a gray or dark-colored sedan. He has lighter skin, and facial hair and was last seen wearing dark clothing. He had either a hat or bandanna around his head.

He was seen ripping down blue and white ribbons in front of the home, and then the flag from the porch.
