yesterdayPolice in Highland Park are hoping the public can identify the man seen ripping down an Israeli flag from someone’s property.
The incident happened on Nov. 13 around 7:45 p.m. at a home near North Seventh and North Eighth avenues.
Ring camera video shows the man driving up to the home in a gray or dark-colored sedan. He has lighter skin, and facial hair and was last seen wearing dark clothing. He had either a hat or bandanna around his head.
He was seen ripping down blue and white ribbons in front of the home, and then the flag from the porch.
Anyone who recognizes the man is urged to call Highland Park Police Detective Gaetano Palumbo at 732-572-3800 ex. 4264.
