Lakewood police are looking for a suspect in a hit-and-run in the township.
Police say a pedestrian crossing the street in Lakewood was hit by a silver SUV. The victim was launched several feet out of the crosswalk. Authorities are looking for the driver who pulled away from the collision.
Police say the victim is recovering and will be OK. Anyone with information is asked to call the police at 732-363-0200.
