One thousand police officers are being sent to train stations in six counties across North Jersey as part of a terror attack drill. The exercise is designed to see how effective the response would be to an explosion on the rail system. It is also designed to see if workers could get the system back up and running. NJ Transit Police Chief Joe Bober says the drills are vital to being prepared for a terror attack. The officers have been deployed at stations in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic and Union counties.
