Patrick County officials in Virginia say there is no foul play in the case of a Harrison man whose body was found after going missing.
They say 61-year-old Bruce Rubin was found dead Monday afternoon after disappearing near the Blue Ridge Mountains last week.
Rubin's body was found off a bluff in the Roaring Creek Gorge. It's believed he accidentally fell.
It took emergency personnel roughly eight hours to recover the body.
