New Jersey State Police have ended a search for a missing 5-year-old from Florida thought to have been spotted in Union Township after it was determined to be a false sighting.
Haleigh Cummings vanished from her home in Putnam County, Florida more than week ago. Witnesses thought they saw her Thursday morning at the Bagelsmith Store in Union Township.
The girl at the store was seen getting into a black Volkswagen with a man. Police have determined the young girl seen at the store is not Cummings.
