A man from Hoboken has been charged after police say he cursed and yelled at officers inside a Rite Aid, saying he was a gang member.

A man from Hoboken has been charged after police say he cursed and yelled at officers inside a Rite Aid, saying he was a gang member.
The incident happened Thursday at the Rite Aid on 219 Essex St. in Hackensack.
According to police, Timothy Carriel, 19, cursed and yelled at patrons and officers inside the store, also stating he was a gang member.
Police say Carriel was asked to leave the store several times and refused.
He eventually ran from the Rite Aid, but police found him a short time later behind a tree.
Carriel has been charged with possession of heroin and obstruction of justice.
