Police say a man was sitting on a bench in Montclair when he was approached by two men who began to punch him.
They say the two men went through the victim’s pockets and stole $5 in cash.
One of the men was described as wearing a black sweater/jacket possibly with the emblem of Whole Foods on it.
The men were last seen walking west on Church Street. Anyone with information should contact the Montclair Police Department at 973-744-1234.
