A man from Watchung is facing charges after an almost five-hour standoff with police.
Police say a man was threatening himself and others yesterday afternoon on Johnston Drive.
SWAT teams were called to the scene but the ordeal was eventually resolved peacefully.
The Somerset County prosecutor is investigating.
