Jersey City police say that they have made an arrest in the assault and robbery of an elderly woman, but they are still looking for a second suspect.
Safwan Pridgen, 19, is facing charges after he and another man allegedly struck the woman in the face last Friday and stole her purse. The crime happened near Sycamore and Crossgate roads in Jersey City.
