A maintenance worker is accused of stealing over $200,000 worth of items during a burglary spree at the London Terrance and Parkwood Apartment Complexes.
Juan Espinoza-Garcia allegedly took cash and jewelry from residents as he worked and then pawned them off.
Police say he remains in the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center.
