The former owner of Morley’s Magic Theater in Butler has been charged with possession of child sex abuse materials, authorities say.

Police say an anonymous tip led them to search 48-year-old Scott Morley's computer, where they say they found evidence of the material.

Morely is under pretrial supervision and is not allowed to use the internet or contact minors without supervision.
