The search for a teen swept away off Seaside Heights is continuing Friday.
While there weren't any boats or divers in the water, a police helicopter was in the air searching for 16-year-old Sal Roberts. Police say Roberts was caught in a rip current Wednesday. He was swimming with several boys and staff members from Somerdale's Youth Consolations Group Home.
State police hope the waters calm down so they can get divers in the water to search.
Meanwhile, swimmers are urged to pay attention to the flags and stay out of the water if it's too dangerous.
