Police in New Brunswick say a Honda Accord crashed this morning onto the front porch of a corner office building.
The vehicle crashed around 5 a.m. into the front of 262 Livingston Ave.
According to police, nobody was inside the vacant building, which is apparently for sale, at the time of the crash.
Police say the driver of the vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to St. Peter's Hospital for treatment.
The house sustained considerable damage to the front porch and the structure itself.
The cause of the crash is unknown.
The New Brunswick Fire and Police Departments, City Engineering, PSE&G and the property owner all responded to the scene. The vehicle has since been removed from the porch and towed away.
