Police: Boat that ran aground removed from Point Pleasant Beach

Point Pleasant police told News 12 that crews removed the boat at around 1:30 a.m. but it was not immediately clear where it went.

A 77-foot-long boat that washed ashore and remained stuck at Point Pleasant Beach was removed early Sunday morning, Point Pleasant police told News 12.
Authorities say the Rhode Island-based Susan Rose ran aground near Jenkinson's North Inlet Beach on Friday morning. Everyone aboard was rescued.
Tugboat salvage crews were able to flip the vessel and make it face the ocean on Saturday.
Point Pleasant police told News 12 that crews removed the boat at around 1:30 a.m.
