yesterdayAn Asbury Park man has been charged for last month’s fatal shooting at a Toms River hookah lounge.
The incident took place at Top Tier Hookah Lounge in the Silverton section of Toms River.
Two people were injured, and one was killed.
According to authorities, Eric Manzanares, 22, faces multiple charges including murder and attempted murder.
However, he is wanted by police and currently considered a fugitive from justice.
