Police: Missing 83-year-old man found safe

Officials say an 83-year-old man who was reported missing has been found.
Search efforts had been underway for Eladio Rivera, of Newark, who has dementia and diabetes.
News 12 was told Sunday evening that Rivera was found unharmed.
