The Sinatra House, a staple of the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk's north end, is up for sale yet again.

It is listed at approximately $3 million following its failure to sell at the original $4.4 million price tag.

It was at this home that Sinatra himself played music night and day for decades.

Owner Paul Smith, a former chairman at Sony Music, loved to play Sinatra from the outdoor speakers loud enough for anyone on the boardwalk or the beach to hear.
