But this is New Jersey - where pizza greatness is defined not by a small number of great standout pizza joints, but by a broad, deep, fertile pizza landscape where you can even get great pizza at a gas station.

Roma Pizza is located inside the Busy Bee convenience store behind the BP gas station just off Interstate 78 in Asbury, Warren County. It is owned by Frank Grisafi, who has been making pizza for 50 years.
