A pilot had to make an emergency landing over the weekend on a residential street in Robbinsville.

The landing happened Sunday afternoon on Sharon Road.

The plane took down utility poles and wires.

The pilot took off from Robbinsville Airport, and then reported a mechanical failure.

There were no injuries to report.
