Some Paterson residents say they are being terrorized by loose dogs on the attack.
Residents of the Garret Heights condominium complex say a cat, dog, and deer were mauled, and they are worried that humans will be next.
Susan Luker says she still has nightmares about when two loose German shepherds jumped a gate and attacked one of the dogs she was walking.
Residents say the last straw was when the same dogs chased down and mauled a deer in the parking lot of the condo complex. They say they will continue to look over their shoulders while they walk their pets.
News 12 left numerous messages with the management office as well as the owners of the dogs. The calls were not returned.
Fliers at the condo complex inform residents they should "vent concerns to the proper individual at animal control, not our management."
