Online fees to drop for certain MVC transactions

It will cost a little bit less to register your car online in New Jersey. The Motor Vehicle Commission has announced that it contracted with a new vendor to process credit card transactions online.

It will cost a little bit less to register your car online in New Jersey.
The Motor Vehicle Commission has announced that it contracted with a new vendor to process credit card transactions online.
Fees will drop 25 percent per transaction for three services.
Residents who register their cars online will now save 50 cents in fees, as will people who order specialty plates.
Those who request driving records will save 25 cents.
The state says it will save $360,000 with the switch.
