An 18-year-old Old Bridge man was sentenced to an aggregate sentence of 10 years in prison for a deadly hit-and-run that happened when he was 17 years old.
Bryce Lomas previously pleaded guilty to hitting 60-year-old Andrew Padulano in the parking lot of a Wawa on Route 34 in Old Bridge where Padulano worked. The incident happened on Dec. 4, 2023.
Although Lomas was under the age of 18 when the incident occurred, he was tried as an adult.
Lomas must serve 85% of his sentence before he is eligible for parole and will be on patrol supervision for three years when he is released.
