Officials at Tenafly High School are trying to figure out how students were able to hack into the school?s computer system and access their final exams.

In a letter sent to parents on June 19, administrators wrote, ?We have been able to identify a number of students responsible for planning and carrying out the plans to obtain the final exams.?

The school discovered the attempted cheating early enough for teachers to give out new versions of the compromised exams. The testing period ended Tuesday. However, school officials say they will continue to investigate.

According to administrators, the school is taking the matter very seriously and students involved will likely face suspension once their investigation is complete.
