A search effort is underway for a missing 19-year-old Neptune woman.
Sarah Stern apparently left her family's home just before midnight Friday.
Her grandmother's car was found empty on the Route 35 Bridge in Belmar about three hours later.
Crews searched the Shark River Saturday, but did not turn up anything.
