Investigators say they have identified the skeletal remains that were found last week in Frenchtown.
They say Anthony Sisonick had been missing from Pennsylvania since January.
It was believed at the time that he jumped into the icy Lehigh River.
He had been named as a fugitive the same week.
Sisonick was wanted on a warrant for theft and forgery.
