Officials in Howell have confirmed water in the Manasquan Reservoir is contaminated with another toxic algae bloom.
People are being warned not to even touch the water, and any fish caught in the reservoir should not be eaten.
Bacteria caused by the algae bloom has caused closures this summer at Budd Lake in Mount Olive, Lake Hoptacong, and others.
