Officials say Asbury Park has declared a state of emergency amid the coronavirus outbreak.
City facilities are now closed to the public.
All restaurants and bars with liquor license must close by 10 p.m. effective immediately.
It’s the same restrictions for non-liquor license holding establishments capable of holding 75 or more guests.
Essential services will continue. City Hall will operate and communicate to the public by phone and email but closed to the public.
