Officials in Jersey City say around two-dozen American flags were stolen from a cemetery.
The incident happened Sunday at Historic Harsimus Cemetery.
According to officials, the flags were taken from the fencing along the cemetery.
Officials say the flags have since been replaced.
Thousands of veterans are buried in the cemetery, home to soldiers from the Revolutionary War through Desert Storm.
