An 81-year-old man is recovering in a hospital on Wednesday morning after being rescued from the water at Seaside Park.
Officials say a good Samaritan spotted the man swimming about 200 yards out in the water and helped him get onto a boogie board. Seaside Heights Water Rescue then helped get him to shore as he was semi-conscious.
