Officials: 7 people hurt in fire that ripped through Passaic apartment building and restaurant

A fire ripped through an apartment building and a Mexican restaurant in Passaic Wednesday, leaving seven people hurt.
Firefighters say the fire started on the first floor in an apartment in the back of the building at around 4 p.m.
It spread to other apartments and the Mexican restaurant, Cinco De Mayo.  
There is no word on an official cause on the fire. Those hurt are expected to be OK.  
Many people who live in the building are being helped by the Red Cross.
