The incident happened around 8 a.m. Friday. City officials say two children and their aunt were crossing Elizabeth Avenue near Fifth Street when they were struck by a van belonging to WPIX.
Officials say the aunt had to be pulled out from under the van. One of the children, believed to be around 10 years old, had a leg injury.
