The Ocean County College in Toms River is the only testing site in the state where the contact tracers are located next to where tests are administered, which serves the purpose of streamlining.
Ocean County health workers can not only give tests, but also work to find out who could also be exposed to positive cases, and put a lid on any future hot spot flare ups.
Testing still takes place Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the campus of the college.
Even now, around one in five tests are retuning a positive result.
