One Oakland couple is upset over the borough's installation of a sidewalk on their property.
Bill Pezzuti and his wife say they were never told of the borough's plan to install a sidewalk on their property and only found out once crews already started installing it.
The couple says they suffer from medical conditions that would prevent them from doing things like shoveling snow off the sidewalk.
Borough Administrator Richard Kunze says that the project was discussed numerous times at public meetings.
Pezzuti says that the borough should have at least notified him since their property was the only one which had a sidewalk installed.
