The National Weather Service confirmed an EF-0 tornado touched down in Litchfield County.
It happened Thursday evening in the town of Norfolk and ended in Colebrook, near the Massachusetts state line.
Officials say the cloud moved about 5 miles, with maximum sustained winds of 75 miles per hour.
No injuries were reported.
