Gloria Augusta, of Norwalk, has always been a woman of deep faith.

"I have always believed in God and done my best to live a good life," Augusta told News 12.

Sunday marked her 100th Easter.

"Easter is a time to celebrate life and to cherish everybody we hold dear," she said.

Augusta, who also loves music and dancing, is a big fan of Frank Sinatra songs.

"I love Frank Sinatra because his songs are full of life, and that's what we're celebrating today - the rebirth of life," she said.

Augusta can't do the type of energetic dancing she used to enjoy, but she listens to her favorite songs and dances while seated in her favorite chair.

"It's just as fun, and it makes me happy," she said.
