There is still no decision on whether a sports betting parlor will be allowed to open in a shopping center in Cherry Hill.
Jack Morris is one of the owners of the Market Place and Towne Place at Garden State Park.
According to a report, his firm was ready to open a stand-alone sports betting parlor.
There used to be a horse-racing track at Haddonfield Road and West Route 80, but the question is who gets to open it -- the owner of the center or the former track operator?
The judge asked for more briefings this week as she still has not made a decision.
