New Jersey is expected to see mostly sunny and mild weather conditions for Wednesday, but conditions are expected to quickly change.

Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Dave Curren says Thursday has the potential to see wet weather that could disrupt the morning and evening commutes.

OVERNIGHT: Mostly clear with temperatures cooling to the low-40s.

WEDNESDAY: Starts off bright and beautiful. Clouds spill in through the morning. Daytime highs around 54 degrees. Overnight lows around 39.

THURSDAY: Thursday has some potential to be slightly disruptive to how we get around. Moderate to heavy rainfall is expected, along with the possibility of a thunderstorm. Daytime highs around 45 degrees. Overnight lows around 38.

FRIDAY: Breezy and cloudy. Daytime highs around 49 and overnight lows around 39.

WEEKEND: Saturday is the better day of the weekend, with a mix of sun and clouds and daytime highs around 42. Sunday will see mostly cloudy skies with the possibility of some rain. Daytime highs will be around 46.
