Dave’s Forecast: Beautiful weather for the week; tracking weekend storms
It's Tuesday - the worst day of the week and you can't change my mind. But the weather has been just spectacular. Tons of September sunshine and a slight breeze with gusts occasionally upwards to 20-25 mph. Temperatures were spot-on in the low- to mid-70s. THIS. IS. PICTURE. PERFECT. FALL. WEATHER.
And it will stay this way for the remainder of the week. As the kids like to say "It's lit!”
However, all good things must come to an end and unfortunately, our string of blessed weather ends by the weekend.
A coastal storm lumbers up the coast from Florida, bringing rain and wind to the region. Saturday will likely be the stormiest stretch, with on-and-off showers on Sunday.
This is still four days out, so there is plenty of time to see how it all evolves.
