Police: NJ swim instructor charged for being intoxicated while teaching kids

Police say Kyle Cooper was charged with endangerment after calls from concerned parents that the swim instructor was under the influence during a class with their young kids.

A man from Denville was charged with being under the influence while instructing kid's swim classes, according to police.
Authorities say Kyle Cooper, 36, was charged with endangerment after calls from concerned parents said that the swim instructor was under the influence during a class with their young kids.
Cooper was arrested last month and released pending a court appearance.
